1 Vision Art trade customers will require evidence of business trading prior to any supply of products. We reserve the right to reject any application that does not meet our criteria and to withdraw the supply to any customer at our discretion.

Please note that we do not supply online only businesses.

All our framed wall art is carefully made in our UK studio based in West Yorkshire and shipped within 14 working days.

Payment
All items must be paid for in full prior to, or on delivery.
If payment is not being made through our trade website our preferred payment method is bank transfer however card payments and proforma payments are acceptable.

All goods remain the property of 1 Vision Art until full payment is made.
Leadtime from receipt of payment to delivery up to 14 working days.

Delivery

Our minimum order value is £500 + VAT. Generally, we only deliver to Mainland UK however we can ship to Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man, but this is subject to acceptance on an order by order basis and delivery charges will be quoted at this time.

All deliveries will be booked in 48 hours before delivery.  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure sufficient access is available to safely deliver goods to their premises.

Deliveries must be checked for any signs of damage to pallet(s), the signing for the actual number or parcels/pallets – noting if anything is missing or damage issues. Without this we will be unable to claim.

Any damages or faulty items must be reported via email ([email protected]) within 2 Working Days from date of delivery otherwise no liability will be accepted.  Please quote your account number, product number and details of the fault, any exchanges/credits will be sorted in a mannerly manner.  We would ask that you provide pictures of any damage/faults.

All returns must be reported via email – [email protected] prior to returning the products.

Social Media

1 Vision Art do not permit their imagery to be used on social media websites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc). Social media should be used as a promotional tool for advertising a retailer’s business only, using their own photos, and linking to their own website. Customers found to be arranging private sales, selling through Facebook stores only without having their own website or ‘bricks and mortar’ shop will have their account closed.

1 Vision Art products are not permitted for sale via customers’ websites promoting overly regular/unrealistic “flash sale” events and discount code promotions.
